APPOINTMENT

Marriott International has announced the appointment of Elton Hurtis as the new General Manager of Sheraton Grand Bengaluru Whitefield Hotel & Convention Center.

With close to three decades of experience in the hospitality industry, including 24 years with Marriott International, Elton brings extensive operational and leadership expertise to the new role.

Prior to this appointment, Elton served as General Manager at Courtyard by Marriott Colombo. His career also spans key leadership roles at Sheraton Colombo, Weligama Bay Marriott Resort & Spa, and opening of Courtyard by Marriott Bhopal.

In his new role, Elton Hurtis will focus on advancing Sheraton Grand Bengaluru Whitefield’s position as a preferred hotel choice in the city, bringing together operational excellence, high-performing teams, and elevated guest experiences.
