Sheraton Grand Bangalore Hotel at Brigade Gateway has announced the appointment of Shivangi Gupta as the new Director of Sales & Marketing.

With over 14 years of extensive experience in the hospitality industry, Shivangi brings extensive expertise in driving revenue growth, market positioning, and sales leadership across leading luxury hospitality brands, including Accor, and Taj Hotels (IHCL). 

Shivangi started her career with the Accor Group at Novotel & ibis Bengaluru Tech Park as part of the management trainee program.  She has also held key positions at Vivanta Bengaluru Residency Road.

Prior to joining the Sheraton Grand Bangalore Hotel at Brigade Gateway, Shivangi served as Director of Sales & Marketing at Taj Yeshwantpur, Bengaluru, where she led the commercial strategy. 

In her new role, Shivangi will oversee the overall sales and marketing strategy for Sheraton Grand Bangalore, with a focus on enhancing market share, driving revenue across key segments, including corporate, MICE and leisure, and strengthening the hotel’s brand presence in a highly competitive market.

She will also be responsible for leading high-performing teams, optimizing distribution channels and implementing data-driven strategies to achieve RevPAR and ADR targets.

A graduate in hotel management from the Institute of Hotel Management, Catering Technology and Applied Nutrition, Goa, Shivangi holds a Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Hotel Administration.
