APPOINTMENT
Fortune Hotels, a member of the ITC Hotels Group, has announced the appointment of Sharath Rajan as the General Manager of its upcoming property, Fortune Airport Road, Kochi.
Sharath has over 18 years of diverse experience in the hospitality sector. He is bringing a diverse track record of driving operational excellence and delivering elevated guest experiences.
In his new role, he will oversee the hotel’s operations, including guest services, team leadership, quality assurance, and overall property performance.
Sharath’s career includes leadership positions across some of the world’s most famous hospitality brands, including Accor, Hyatt Regency, Crowne Plaza (IHG), Hilton, and Marriott, with experience both in India and overseas.
His core expertise covers room division operations, guest experience enhancement, revenue optimization, and hotel promotions, equipping him to bring a dynamic, guest-focused approach to Fortune Airport Road, Kochi.
