APPOINTMENT

Schulte Hospitality Group (SHG) has announced the appointment of Sanjhi Agrawal as Executive Vice President, Operations Accounting & Finance, strengthening its financial leadership as the company continues to invest in systems, processes, and talent.

In her new role, Sanjhi Agrawal will lead SHG’s hotel accounting and finance function, overseeing accounting operations, reporting, accounts payable, tax, and internal audit. She will work closely with operations and ownership teams to enhance financial controls, improve reporting transparency, and drive portfolio-level value creation across the company’s growing footprint.

She will report to Chief Financial Officer Brian Fitzgerald.

Agrawal brings over 15 years of global finance leadership experience. Most recently, she led a 150-person global finance organisation at Eaton Corporation, where she focused on integrating planning, analytics, and automation into a unified operating model.

Prior to that, she held senior finance and controllership roles at Brown-Forman Corporation, with responsibilities spanning accounting and reporting, global treasury, mergers and acquisitions, and financial planning and analysis.

She holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

The appointment reflects SHG’s continued emphasis on strengthening its finance and operations teams globally, supporting the company’s growth strategy and commitment to operational excellence.
