APPOINTMENT
Sayaji Kolhapur has announced the appointment of Yogesh Kumar as its new Food & Beverage Manager, further strengthening the property’s leadership team.

Yogesh brings over 17 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations, having held key leadership roles with renowned hospitality brands including Radisson, Park Plaza, and Sarovar Hotels. His professional journey also includes international exposure in Saint Kitts and Nevis, West Indies.
Yogesh holds extensive expertise in strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, P&L management, cost control, and revenue optimisation. He has also led restaurants, bars, banquets, destination events, and large-format functions.
Prior to his appointment at Sayaji Kolhapur, he was associated with Sayaji Udaipur Resort & Spa.
In his new role, Yogesh will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and performance of the Food & Beverage department, with a focus on revenue growth, cost optimisation, team leadership, and delivering elevated dining experiences.
