Sandblu Santorini to Reopen as LXR Hotels & Resorts’ First Property in Greece
66-Key Resort Brings Design, Wellness and Local Experiences to Santorini
Sandblu Santorini is set to reopen on 8 April 2026 as LXR Hotels & Resorts’ first property in Greece. Located above Kamari’s black-sand beach, the hotel features 66 rooms, suites and villas designed to reflect the island’s architectural and natural landscape.

The property incorporates Cycladic design elements, including whitewashed structures, natural materials and coastal tones. Many rooms include private terraces, with select units offering private pools.
Dining, Wellness and Local Experiences

The hotel includes multiple dining venues offering a range of cuisine inspired by local ingredients and regional traditions. Guests can access both on-site restaurants and an off-site dining venue overlooking Santorini’s caldera.

Wellness facilities include the Aurora Spa, featuring treatments, a sauna, a steam room, and an indoor pool, as well as a fitness centre equipped with training and Pilates facilities. A seasonal programme, The Wellness Collective, will offer guided sessions such as yoga, meditation and workshops led by visiting practitioners.

Guests can also take part in local experiences, including wine tastings, olive oil sessions and guided activities around the island.

Sandblu Santorini becomes part of LXR Hotels & Resorts’ growing global portfolio and marks the brand’s entry into the Greek market
