Radisson Hotel Group Expands in France with New Signings in Paris, Cannes, and Bourges
Radisson Hotel Group is expanding its presence in France with a series of new signings and openings. Working with partners such as Covivio and Byron Gestion, the Group is adding properties across luxury lifestyle and upscale segments in key destinations.

The Group’s French portfolio now includes 34 hotels in operation and under development.
Recent signings include:
Banke Opera Paris, A Radisson Collection Hotel – Opening in Q3 2026, the 90-room hotel on rue de La Fayette will undergo a renovation to highlight its Belle Époque architecture and historic features. Facilities will include a restaurant, bar, gym, wellness area, and meeting spaces.
Radisson Blu Hotel, Paris Roissy CDG Airport – Opening late 2025, located opposite Terminal 3 and next to Roissy Val station. The 305-room hotel will include meeting facilities, wellness spaces, and a planned renovation in 2026.
Radisson Resort Cannes – Opening in 2026, the 100-room beachfront property in Cannes La Bocca will be renovated before rebranding as a Radisson. It will include direct beach access, pool, gardens, and sea views.
Hôtel Beaux Arts Bourges, a Member of Radisson Individuals – Opening in 2027, the 52-room property is located in the city’s historic district, near the main square.
Upcoming pipeline additions include:
Hotel & Spa Amoria La Baule, a Member of Radisson Individuals – Opening in Q4 2025, a coastal retreat with wellness-focused amenities.
Maison Rivoli Paris, A Radisson Collection Hotel – Opening winter 2027, offering a residential-style experience in central Paris.
Radisson Blu Hotel, Triangle Paris – Opening in early 2027 within the Triangle development, integrating sustainable design and modern hospitality.
These signings follow recent additions to the Group’s portfolio, including Cour des Loges Lyon, A Radisson Collection Hotel, Radisson Blu Hotel, Montpellier, and Le Relais de la Malmaison, a Member of Radisson Individuals.
