APPOINTMENT

Courtyard by Marriott Pune Hinjewadi has announced the appointment of Pratiksha Jadhav as the new Assistant Financial Controller.

With nearly a decade of experience in finance across prestigious international hotel brands, Pratiksha Jadhav brings expertise in financial management, compliance, and strategic reporting.

Before joining Courtyard by Marriott Pune Hinjewadi, she served as Finance Manager at The Ritz-Carlton, Pune, where she oversaw MIS reporting, statutory compliance, vendor management, and internal audits.

Her professional journey also includes roles with JW Marriott Pune and Doubletree by Hilton, Goa, where she worked on capabilities in financial planning, reconciliation, and process optimization.
