Susmita Khare: Group Head – HR & Training, Encalm Hospitality

Encalm Hospitality has named Susmita Khare as its newest group head for HR & Training. Khare, having experience of over 27 years in the field of Human Resources and Management, will be bringing her expertise and experience to the newest role.

Before joining Encalm, Khare has worked with industry giants like the Oberoi Group of Hotels and Resorts, PVR Limited, SRM University, and Lite Bite Foods Pvt. Limited. An expert in her field, she has experience spanning streams like management, human resources, management and employee relations, and operations. She was also awarded with Top 10 Chief People Officers in India in 2022 for her excellent work.

In her new role, she will look over all the HR operations at Encalm and aim to drive it further towards success. Talking of the new role, she stated, “I intend to bring in calculated and futuristic strategies in the management of human resources, which will enhance the value system and culture of the organization.”
