Olive by Embassy Launches Olive Hotel – Hitech City in Hyderabad

Olive by Embassy has announced its entry into Hyderabad with the launch of Olive Hotel – Hitech City, a 73-key property located on the 100 ft road in Madhapur. Positioned in the centre of the city’s primary business district, the hotel provides access to major IT parks, corporate hubs, and emerging lifestyle destinations.

The opening represents a milestone in Olive’s expansion into metro markets. With its base of multinational companies, a growing GCC ecosystem, and increased air connectivity, the Hitech City–Gachibowli corridor remains an active hospitality destination.

Kahraman Yigit, Chief Executive Officer and Co-founder of Olive by Embassy, stated that Hyderabad has become a significant location for technology and enterprise. He noted that as organisations expand and business travel increases, the city requires hospitality that is efficient and technology-driven. He added that the brand’s entry into Hitech City supports its commitment to offering organised, smart accommodation.

The G+7 property includes modern rooms, a 45-seater restaurant and a fitness centre. In line with Olive’s operational model, the hotel functions without a traditional front desk. Instead, guests use AI-based check-in, live video reception, cloud-supported service systems, and smart room controls.

Hyderabad remains a key part of Olive’s South India expansion strategy, with plans to open 10 properties across Telangana within the next 12–18 months. Nationally, the brand aims to launch 100 locations in 2026 as it continues to strengthen its presence in metro markets.
