Novotel Lucknow Gomti Nagar Announces Two New Appointments
Novotel Lucknow Gomti Nagar has announced the appointments of Anuj Gushain as Executive Chef and Deepak Sahu as Food & Beverage Manager. These appointments are part of Novotel Lucknow Gomti Nagar’s ongoing efforts to strengthen its culinary and food and beverage operations.

Anuj Gushain- Executive Chef

Chef Anuj Gushain brings over 18 years of culinary experience to the role. His career includes nearly a decade with Accor and experience across multiple international hospitality brands. His expertise includes Continental cuisine, menu development, kitchen operations, and team leadership.
In his new position, he will oversee culinary operations across the hotel’s restaurants and events, with responsibilities including menu planning, food quality, and kitchen management.
Commenting on his appointment, Gushain said, “I am thrilled to be a part of the Novotel Lucknow team and look forward to delighting our guests with memorable culinary experiences and hearty meals.”
Deepak Sahu- Food & Beverage Manager

Deepak Sahu brings over 10 years of experience in the hospitality sector, with prior associations including Accor, Marriott, and Taj Hotels. His professional background includes P&L management, revenue optimisation, and guest experience delivery.
He has managed multi-outlet food and beverage operations and has been involved in cost management, profitability improvement, and implementation of brand standards.
In his role as Food & Beverage Manager, Sahu will oversee food and beverage operations, including service delivery, financial performance, and operational processes.
