Sonam Phogat Appointed as Director of Sales & Marketing at Grand Hyatt Gurgaon

Grand Hyatt Gurgaon has appointed Sonam Phogat as its new Director of Sales & Marketing.

Sonam brings over 15 years of experience across luxury and upper-upscale hotel brands, holding expertise in revenue generation, strategic sales leadership, customer engagement, and business development. Throughout her career, she has driven growth across diverse market segments, including Corporate, MICE, Weddings, Diplomatic, Airline, OTA, Travel Trade, and Leisure.
Before joining Grand Hyatt Gurgaon, Sonam served as Director of Sales at Pullman and Novotel New Delhi Aerocity, where she led commercial strategies across two flagship hotels. She has also held key leadership positions at The Westin Resort & Spa Gurgaon, ITC Hotels, Hyatt Regency Delhi, and The Leela Ambience Gurugram.
In her new role, Sonam will lead the hotel’s Sales & Marketing function, overseeing commercial strategy, revenue optimization, brand visibility, customer relationship management, and market expansion initiatives.
