Novotel & ibis Bengaluru ORR Appoint New Operations Director

APPOINTMENT

Novotel & ibis Bengaluru Outer Ring Road have announced the appointment of Bhavani Mani Shankar Dutta as the new Director of Operations.

With almost two decades of experience, Bhavani brings expertise in operations, leadership and hospitality brand building.

Bhavani has been associated with Accor India for more than 15 years and has held leadership roles across multiple properties including Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre, Novotel & ibis Chennai OMR, and Novotel & ibis SIPCOT. Most recently, he was part of Accor’s MEA–APAC Master’s Program (Fast-track General Manager Program).

In his new role, Bhavani will lead key hotel operations across both properties, with a focus on driving operational efficiency, enhancing guest experience, strengthening financial performance, and fostering better team engagement.
