Nilesh Shukla appointed as Human Resources Manager at Courtyard by Marriott Surat

APPOINTMENT

Nilesh Shukla has been appointed as the Human Resources Manager at Courtyard by Marriott Surat.

He joins the hotel with over a decade of experience across established hospitality brands, bringing a background in people management, training, and organizational development.

Before taking on this role, Shukla served as Associate Director – Human Resources at The Clarks Hotel & Resort (Pride Hospitality). His earlier career includes positions with Royal Orchid Hotels and The Palms Beach Hotel & Spa, where he contributed to key HR functions and employee-focused initiatives.

In his new position, Shukla will oversee associate engagement, strengthen learning and inclusion efforts, and support the hotel’s broader human capital strategy.
