Chef Nilanjan brings over a decade of experience, having worked across several luxury hotels. He has held leadership roles at kitchens across Mumbai, Goa, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Kolkata.
A graduate of the Institute of Advanced Management, Kolkata, the seasoned chef is recognized for his creativity, leadership, and expertise in Italian cuisine.
His culinary style balances Italian flavors with a modern mix, which appeals to both purists and adventurous diners.
