APPOINTMENT
The Westin Sohna Resort & Spa has announced the appointment of Vasant Ravindran as the new General Manager.
Vasant brings over 16 years of experience in the hospitality sector. He started his career as a Hotel Management Trainee with the Taj Group and has progressed in leadership roles since then.
He has worked in key roles at renowned hotels including Director of Rooms at JW Marriott Aerocity, New Delhi, and Taj Lake Palace, Udaipur. Before this appointment, he held the role of General Manager at The Westin Gurgaon, New Delhi.
Vasant is an alumnus of the Institute of Hotel Management, Pusa, New Delhi and holds extensive expertise in operational excellence, mentoring high performing teams, elevating guest experiences and fostering easy collaborations across all departments.
In his new role as General Manager, Vasant will oversee the overall strategic and operational direction of The Westin Sohna Resort & Spa. His key responsibilities include developing the resort’s positioning as a wellness-led destination.
