Crowne Plaza Kochi has announced the appointment of Mittu Alex as the new Front Office Manager.
Mittu Alex brings with him extensive expertise in hospitality operations, having most recently served at Hilton Trivandrum.
Over the course of his career, he has worked with renowned hotel names including IHG Hotels ,Marriott Hotels, Raintree Hotel, Radisson Hotels.
This diverse experience across multiple international brands has equipped him with expertise in service excellence, operational efficiency, and guest engagement.
In his role as the new Front Office Manager, he will oversee all front office operations, ensuring consistent service delivery
