APPOINTMENT
Andrea Torres has been appointed as Director of Sales – Corporate at The Ritz-Carlton, Dubai International Financial Centre.
She steps into the role after serving as Assistant Director of Sales – Business Travel.
Torres brings close to two decades of experience in the hospitality sector, having worked with brands such as Hilton and IHG. A graduate of Colegio de San Juan de Letran Calamba, she began her career as a guest service agent and has progressed through various commercial and sales positions over more than 15 years.
During her tenure at The Ritz-Carlton DIFC, she has been involved in strengthening corporate partnerships and contributing to business performance within the DIFC district.
The Ritz-Carlton DIFC, located in Dubai’s financial centre, offers hospitality services, dining options and corporate-focused facilities. The hotel noted that Torres’ background and experience are expected to support its corporate positioning and engagement with business travellers, event clients and long-stay guests.
