New Director of Finance appointed at Four Points by Sheraton Kochi Infopark

Four Points by Sheraton Kochi Infopark has announced the appointment of Allu Venkata Mohana Reddy as Director of Finance.

The appointment follows his promotion within the organisation, recognising his contribution to the hotel’s financial management and overall operational performance.

Mr. Reddy brings over 11 years of experience in hospitality finance, having worked across both full-service and select-service hotel segments. Over the course of his career, he has been associated with leading hotel brands, gaining hands-on exposure to owner expectations, brand compliance, and operational finance requirements.

In his new role, Mr. Reddy will oversee the hotel’s financial strategy and day-to-day finance operations. His responsibilities include strengthening financial processes, ensuring compliance with brand and regulatory standards, maintaining accurate financial reporting, and supporting commercial decision-making. He works closely with the hotel’s leadership team and department heads to align financial planning with business objectives while addressing operational needs.

Known for a collaborative approach, Mr. Reddy focuses on balancing financial discipline with practical operational considerations, contributing to informed decision-making across departments.
