APPOINTMENT
Shangri-La Group has announced the appointment of Amr Dwidar as the new Director of Global Sales for Saudi Arabia & Bahrain.
He has been a part of key hospitality organisations including Shangri-La Group, Marriott International, Saudi Tourism Authority, and Smart Holidays KSA.
Amr brings extensive hospitality and global sales expertise to the role. Based in Riyadh, he joins Shangri-La Group after serving as Director of Business Development at Smart Holidays KSA and Market Manager for Egypt & North Africa at the Saudi Tourism Authority, where he played a key role in market development, partnerships, and regional tourism growth.
Prior to this appointment, Amr spent over 15 years at Marriott International, holding senior leadership roles, and contributing to key initiatives such as the Marriott Global Sales Mission.
