New Culinary Director Appointed at Total Environment Hospitality

Total Environment Hospitality has announced the appointment of Chef Suresh Venkataramana as Culinary Director.

In this role, he will set menu direction, culinary standards, and oversee kitchen operations across the group’s hospitality portfolio, including Windmills Craftworks and Oota.

Chef Suresh will collaborate with brand, supply chain, and operations teams. He will report directly to Ashish Saxena, Chief Executive Officer at Total Environment Hospitality.

He brings over 28 years of experience across hotels and restaurants in India and overseas. His career includes a decade in the UK, where he worked across hotel and restaurant kitchens and trained under Michelin-starred chefs,

His previous association with Total Environment Hospitality includes a tenure as Executive Chef at Windmills Craftworks, Bangalore (2013–2018). He also played a key role in setting up Oota Bangalore and served as Director of Culinary Operations at Windmills Craftworks, Dallas.
