APPOINTMENT
Aruba Marriott Resort & Stellaris Casino has announced the appointment of Miroushka Statia-Diaz as the new Complex Director of Finance.
With over 20 years of financial leadership experience spanning the hospitality, industrial, and entertainment sectors, she brings a strong strategic focus and a proven ability to drive operational efficiency and financial performance.
Statia-Diaz began her hospitality career in 1998 as an Administrative Assistant to the Director of Finance at the Aruba Complex. She has since progressed through a series of senior finance roles at various hotel properties, including Director of Finance at the Renaissance Aruba Resort & Casinoand most recently served in executive financial leadership positions across various industries.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from Florida International University and is currently pursuing her MBA at the University of Aruba.
