Mercure Lucknow Announces Three New Appointments

Mercure Lucknow Gomti Nagar has announced the appointment of three professionals to lead key departments within its internal leadership team.

Anurag Kumar- Appointed as Director of Sales

Anurag brings over a decade of experience in hospitality sales and business development. His career began with The Balmoral, a Rocco Forte Hotel in Edinburgh, before moving to India, where he held key roles with Jaypee Hotel Group, Royal Orchid Hotels, Sarovar Hotels, and ITC Hotels.

At ITC, he served as National Sales and Unit Sales Head, driving revenue growth and strategic partnerships.

Gautam Kunal- Appointed as Food & Beverage Manager

With more than 14 years of experience, primarily with Hyatt Hotels, Kunal brings extensive expertise in operations, team management, and service innovation.

Subash Chandra Dhal- Appointed as Security Manager.

With 19 years of experience across brands such as Taj, The Leela, Hyatt, Novotel, and ibis, Dhal brings expertise in safety operations, event security, and crisis management.
