Marriott Executive Apartments Bengaluru UB City has announced two new appointments, further strengthening its internal leadership team.

Vedant Gore- Appointed as Front Office Manager

Marriott Executive Apartments Bengaluru UB City has appointed Vedant Gore as the new Front Office Manager. 

Vedant Gore brings nearly a decade of experience across leading global hotel brands in India and the Middle East with expertise in operational leadership, revenue acumen, and guest-centric service excellence to his new role.

Vedant has been a part of renowned hospitality organisations, including Renaissance Hotels, Radisson Hotels, Park Hyatt, and Radisson Blu. Most recently, as Front Office Manager at Renaissance Lucknow Hotel, he led end-to-end front office operations, driving strategic planning, team performance, and seamless guest engagement. Prior to this, he served as Front Office Manager & Loyalty Champion at Radisson Bhopal.

In his role as Front Office Manager, Vedant will oversee all front office functions, including guest relations, room inventory optimisation, performance management, and cross-departmental collaboration.

Santosh Kumar Baswa- Appointed as Food & Beverage Manager

Santosh Kumar Baswa has been appointed as the new Food & Beverage Manager at Marriott Executive Apartments Bengaluru UB City. With over 15 years of experience across leading international hospitality brands, Santosh brings extensive expertise in operational leadership, financial stewardship, and HACCP compliance. 

Santosh joins his new role from Renaissance Lucknow, where he served as the Food & Beverage Manager. Prior to this, Santosh held the position of Food & Beverage Manager at Novotel Vijayawada Varun.

His career also includes key tenures with Marriott Hotels & Resorts, Goa, Novotel Visakhapatnam, Courtyard by Marriott Agra, Fairfield by Marriott Jodhpur, Four Points by Sheraton Srinagar, Four Points by Sheraton Mahabalipuram, and Fairfield by Marriott Visakhapatnam.

Santosh also been recognised with industry accolades, including Manager of the Month on several occasions and Manager of the Year 2020.

In his new role as Food & Beverage Manager, Santosh will oversee all food and beverage operations at Marriott Executive Apartments Bengaluru UB City, with a focus on driving revenue growth, maintaining cost efficiencies, and curating memorable dining experiences.
