APPOINTMENT
Le Méridien Gurgaon, Delhi NCR has announced the appointment of Chef Sandeep Saini as its new Executive Chef.

Chef Sandeep brings more than 20 years of experience, having worked with leading hospitality brands incuding The Oberoi Hotels, IHG Hotels, The Claridges, Starwood Hotels and Marriott Hotels.
Before joining Le Méridien Gurgaon, he led kitchens at Crowne Plaza Today, Gurgaon.
In his new role, Chef Sandeep will lead all culinary strategy and operations across the hotel’s restaurants, bar, in-room dining, and large-format banquets—overseeing menu innovation, ingredient sourcing, kitchen standards, training, and guest experiences.
