APPOINTMENT
Air France–KLM has announced the appointment of Laure Daynié as the new Country Manager for India and the Indian Subcontinent.

Based at the airline’s Gurugram office, Laure will oversee operations across India, Bangladesh, Nepal, Sri Lanka, and the Maldives, succeeding Claude Sarre in the regional leadership role.
With over two decades of experience, she will focus on deepening customer engagement, expanding premium revenue streams, and strengthening the group’s codeshare alliance with IndiGo. Her mandate also includes driving sustainability initiatives and enhancing the group’s brand visibility across key South Asian markets.
Laure began her career with Air France in 2001 in ground operations and has since held leadership roles across both operational and commercial divisions in Europe, Africa, and the Middle East.
Her previous assignments include Country Manager positions in Senegal and Lebanon and the Levant, where she also chaired the French Foreign Trade Advisors Committee.
Expressing her enthusiasm for her new role, Daynié said, “India represents one of the most dynamic aviation markets globally. I look forward to working with our talented teams and partners to further strengthen Air France–KLM’s presence and deliver exceptional experiences to our customers.”
