APPOINTMENT
DoubleTree by Hilton Pune–Chinchwad has announced the re-appointment of Kritika Arora as the new Human Resources Manager.
With over a decade of experience in Human Resources, Learning, and Quality Assurance across leading hospitality brands, Kritika brings extensive expertise in building strong organizational cultures, fostering employee engagement, and driving talent development.
Her career includes having worked across renowned hospitality brands, including Hyatt, IHG, Oberoi, and Pride Hotels in key roles.
She has worked at DoubleTree by Hilton Pune before as Training Executive and Assistant Manager – HR & Training.
Most recently, she served as Learning Manager at Hyatt, Ahmedabad.
Kritika holds an MBA in Human Resources from Pune University and has certifications in Leadership, Train-the-Trainer, POSH, and Quality Assurance.
