JW Marriott New Delhi Aerocity Elevates Neha Kapoor to Director of Operations

JW Marriott New Delhi Aerocity has announced the elevation of Neha Kapoor to Director of Operations.

A seasoned hospitality professional with over 15 years of experience, including more than a decade with Marriott International, Neha has built her career around enhancing guest experiences, developing high-performing teams, and strengthening operational performance.

Since joining the property as Director of Rooms, she has played a key role in advancing operational standards while leading a major transformation project, including the renovation of all guest rooms and the Executive Lounge. She also contributed to repositioning Spa by JW and introduced sustainability-led initiatives aligned with evolving luxury hospitality trends.

Known for her collaborative and people-first leadership style, Neha has also contributed beyond the property, serving as Rooms Lead Trainer for the opening of JW Marriott Kaafu Atoll Island Resort & Spa and as a member of Marriott International’s Women’s Associate Resource Group (WAN) in South Asia.

In her new role, she will oversee overall hotel operations with a continued focus on elevating guest experiences, nurturing talent, and driving growth.
