New offer combines accommodation, dining and activities for multi-generational travel

JW Marriott Maldives Kaafu Atoll Island Resort has introduced a family-focused stay experience designed to bring together travellers of different ages through shared activities and accommodations.

Located in the Emboodhu Finolhu lagoon, around 15 minutes from Velana International Airport, the resort provides a setting for families to spend time together in a relaxed island environment.

Accommodation designed for shared experiences

The resort offers a range of private pool villas, including beach and overwater options. These are designed with indoor and outdoor living spaces to support group stays, along with direct access to the surrounding natural environment.

According to Srikanth Devarapalli, the focus is on creating opportunities for families to spend time together through thoughtfully planned spaces and experiences.

Dining and recreational activities

Guests have access to multiple dining venues across the resort, offering a mix of cuisines suited to both adults and younger travellers. Options include interactive dining formats and casual beachfront settings.

Children can take part in activities under the Family by JW programme, while teenagers have access to dedicated recreational options. Adults can use facilities such as spas, wellness programmes, and leisure spaces across the island.

Experiences and wellness offerings

The stay experience includes a range of optional activities such as private beach dining, guided snorkelling, sunset cruises and wellness sessions. These are designed to encourage shared participation and engagement with the island environment.
