JW Marriott Goa has announced the appointment of Tanvi Palshikar as the new Pastry Chef.
Tanvi began her career as a Cake Artist, then transitioned into the F&B industry after joining JW Marriott Pune. She grew in ranks and led operations across multiple outlets
Tanvi holds expertise in dessert R&D, training, plating and presentation. She has also been recognised with key industry accolades and media features.
In her new role as Pastry Chef at JW Marriott Goa, Tanvi works on elevating dessert experiences for the guests across the hotel. Her key skills include menu planning, flavor pairing, garnishing and custom confectionery design, with expertise spanning cakes, pastries, entremets, petite gâteaux, chocolate work and bespoke celebration cakes.
