APPOINTMENT
Bengaluru Marriott Hotel Whitefield has announced the appointment of Flavius Chettiar as its new Director of Operations.

Flavius brings over 15 years of experience across luxury hotel brands, with extensive expertise in food and beverage strategy, large-scale operations management, and team leadership.
He has been a part of renowned hotels including JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu, Oberoi Hotels & Resorts at Trident Bandra Kurla, and The Oberoi Marrakech.
In his new role at Bengaluru Marriott Hotel Whitefield, Flavius will oversee hotel operations, driving strategic growth initiatives and ensuring seamless coordination across departments.
Prior to this role, Flavius served as Director of Food & Beverage at The Westin Mumbai Garden City, where he was responsible for driving departmental profitability, enhancing guest satisfaction scores, and introducing new dining concepts across multiple outlets.
His leadership portfolio also includes overseeing signature outlets such as Seasonal Tastes, Prego & Pronto, Eighteen Lounge, Kangan, along with in-room dining, and banqueting operations.
