ITC Gardenia’s New Gem: Cajsa Unveiled

ITC Hotels, announced the latest in its array of innovative culinary excellence and diversity – Cajsa at the ITC Gardenia, Bengaluru.

With Cajsa, ITC Hotels presents a showcase of global gastronomy, featuring flavors from different regions of the world reimagined and reinvented, creating authentic, diverse, and palate-pleasing tastes for dining connoisseurs, stated a release issued by the company.

Cajsa opens in Bengaluru as a luxurious culinary experience, offering global cuisine in modernist interpretations – an experiential destination where culinary innovation meets classic dining. The name CAJSA has its origins in a Greek word meaning “Pure” and represents the ethos of simplicity, it added.

Thoughtfully crafted set menus, with 7, 9 and 11 courses, cater to vegetarian and non-vegetarian preferences, each offering a symphony of tastes and textures, all within a single, expertly curated dining experience. The intermingling of flavours, ingredients and cooking techniques from diverse cultures creates culinary experiences for discerning palates. Cajsa’s philosophy centers on global flavours comprising vegetarian and non-vegetarian fare with each dish unveiling a different story.

A carefully curated selection of cocktails complements the global menu, ensuring a perfect harmony of flavors throughout the experience. The essence of our cocktail menu is derived from honouring tradition, craftsmanship and quality ingredients, the release said.

The ethos of Cajsa goes beyond just fine dining, promising a holistic experience that transcends the plate. The restaurant’s sophisticated and minimalist ambience features globally inspired artwork and crafts, creating an elegant backdrop for the culinary journey. The Live kitchen allows guests to witness the culinary artistry firsthand, while strategically placed dimmers create an intimate ambience. The dining experience at Cajsa extends to the crockery and cutlery as well. Contemporary crockery in muted tones, and elegant cutlery and glassware, complement the ambience, it said.

Cajsa also features a Private Dining Room which accommodates 12 guests with a choice of a customised meal, it added.
