APPOINTMENT
ITC Grand Chola has announced the appointment of Chef Nikhil Nagpal as its new Executive Chef.

Chef Nikhil has been a part of ITC Grand Chola’s opening team. His professional journey with the ITC brand began at the Welcomgroup Graduate School of Hotel Administration, Manipal followed by professional training at the Welcomgroup Management Institute.
Chef Nikhil has played a key role in shaping the hotel’s culinary offerings. His creative leadership has also been instrumental in the success of Avartana, ITC Hotels’s Southern Indian restaurant.
In his new role as Executive Chef, Chef Nikhil will continue to lead Avartana’s culinary operations while overseeing restaurant and banqueting sections. His focus will remain on further elevating guest experiences.

Commenting on the appointment, Shaariq Akhtar, General Manager, ITC Grand Chola, said “Chef Nikhil’s journey at ITC Grand Chola is a true example of leadership built from the ground up.
