Thailand's Trendy Travels with Louis Vuitton
The Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) in Paris has introduced the Louis Vuitton City Guide Bangkok 2025 in partnership with Louis Vuitton. The event officially launched on February 18, 2025, at the Maison de Famille de Louis Vuitton in Asnières-sur-Seine, France. This travel guide presents a distinctive view of the best experiences in Bangkok. As part of the acclaimed Louis Vuitton City Guide series, this newest edition highlights the city’s combination of luxury, culture, and contemporary vibrancy.
In honour of this launch, TAT Paris and Louis Vuitton organized a private event featuring prominent travel executives, airline representatives, and tourism influencers. The gathering took place at Louis Vuitton’s historic family residence, a location that reflects the brand’s craftsmanship and heritage.
Since 1998, the Louis Vuitton City Guide series has established itself as the standard for luxury travel, offering curated exceptional experiences in some of the world’s most enticing locations. The Bangkok 2025 edition invites readers to experience the city’s energy, showcasing its famous landmarks and historical sites, Michelin-starred eateries alongside lesser-known culinary treasures, contemporary art galleries and cultural venues, upscale fashion districts with tailored shopping experiences, and luxurious hotels that harmoniously integrate modernity with Thai traditions.

The Louis Vuitton City Guide Bangkok 2025 was introduced at the launch with the theme “5 Must-Do in Thailand.” This unique edition encourages travellers to explore Bangkok through five carefully selected experiences: essential iconic landmarks, sought-after hidden gems and cultural sites, unique must-try activities, delectable Thai cuisine, and artisanal souvenirs and handicrafts you won’t miss.
Guests immersed themselves in Thailand’s artistic and cultural heritage via live demonstrations and performances. Traditional Thai dance and performing arts were the highlight, featuring a Khon performance of Hanuman and Suvannamaccha. The art of Thai craftsmanship shone through intricate palm leaf fish weaving alongside an exclusive showcase of handcrafted souvenirs. Culinary arts took the stage in preparation for Khanom Dara Thong, while cultural performances included Muay Thai, Nuad Thai massage, the Nora dance, and Serng Kapo. The event included a musical fusion of East and West, combining traditional Thai instruments like the Krajappi and Saw Duang with piano and violin pieces.
