IHG Hotels & Resorts has signed a management agreement for Holiday Inn Siliguri, in partnership with Four Vedas Hotels & Resorts Private Limited, a joint venture between Kaysons Group, Sagar Group, and Golden Goenka Group.
The property, located in West Bengal, is scheduled to open in 2027 and marks IHG’s continued expansion into secondary markets in India.

Situated at the foothills of the Eastern Himalayas, Siliguri is an important commercial centre for North-East India, connecting the region to the rest of the country. The city also serves as a strategic trade corridor with Nepal, Bangladesh, and Bhutan, making it a hub for cross-border commerce, logistics, and transport.
The 111-room Holiday Inn Siliguri will include three dining outlets, two meeting venues and a fitness centre. The property will feature the brand’s Open Lobby concept, designed as a flexible social and work space, and will be positioned to serve both business and MICE travellers as well as leisure visitors.

IHG currently operates 51 hotels across six brands in India, with a further 72 properties in the pipeline scheduled to open within the next three to five years.
