APPOINTMENT
ibis Styles Mysuru has announced the appointment of Zenith U as its new Operations Manager.
Zenith brings over a decade of experience with extensive expertise in operational excellence, guest experience transformation, and people-centric leadership across Premium, Midscale, and Economy hotel segments.
Zenith began his hospitality career over a decade ago and has since held key roles across renowned international hotel brands. Prior to this role, he served as Rooms Division Manager at Grand Mercure Bangalore, where he focused on strengthening operational efficiency, sustainability initiatives, health and safety compliance, and consistently enhancing guest satisfaction.
He has also been recognised with industry accolades including Manager of the Year and Best Personality in the Rooms category.
