Hyatt Regency Chennai has announced the appointment of Ridhima Nagpal as the new Marketing and Communications Manager.

Ridhima holds over 8 years of extensive experience across the advertising, hospitality, and communications industries. Throughout her career, she has showcased creative skills, strategic acumen and knowledge of both digital and traditional media landscapes. Her portfolio includes creating high-impact campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences.
Prior to her appointment, Ridhima worked at Hyatt Centric MG Road Bangalore, where she led the hotel’s MarCom strategy, managed cross-functional teams including photographers, agencies, and influencers. She played a key role in executing end-to-end PR and revenue generation events, curating digital assets, and handling all OTA platforms for brand presence, hygiene, and visibility.
Before her time at Hyatt Centric, Ridhima worked as a Social Media Manager & Planner at People Design & Communication, where she handled content calendars, oversaw brand positioning for multiple clients, and executed successful product campaigns. She also worked with ROH Inc., contributing to SEO, content creation, and brand amplification for mental health platforms like Diskuss and Benefits.

In her new role, Ridhima will lead all marketing and communication efforts for Hyatt Regency Chennai. From overseeing brand positioning, digital presence, content development, and media relations, to driving PR campaigns and strategic events, she will play a key role in elevating the hotel’s market standing and deepening its connection with audiences.
