Hyatt Place Seoul Pangyo Brings New Accommodation Option to Business Hub

Hyatt Hotels Corporation has announced the opening of Hyatt Place Seoul Pangyo, marking the debut of the Hyatt Place brand in South Korea.

Located in Pangyo, one of the country’s key technology and business districts, the hotel offers convenient access to corporate offices, transport links, shopping centres, restaurants and lifestyle destinations across the Seoul metropolitan area.

Situated in Bundang-gu, Seongnam-si, the property has been designed to cater to both business and leisure travellers, combining contemporary accommodation with flexible work and social spaces.

204 Rooms and Suites

Hyatt Place Seoul Pangyo features 204 guestrooms and suites, including Standard Rooms, Deluxe Rooms, Corner Suites, Residence Suites and a Korean-inspired Speciality Suite.

Each room has been designed with dedicated areas for sleeping, working, and relaxing, providing guests with a practical and comfortable stay. Selected suites offer additional living space suited to longer stays and family travel.

The property also includes Sole House, a penthouse-style venue located on the 17th floor. The space offers city views and is designed for private gatherings and social events.

Dining and Social Spaces

Guests can dine at The Kitchen, the hotel’s all-day dining restaurant, which serves a selection of international and local dishes in a relaxed setting.

The hotel is also home to Sole Bar, which overlooks the Pangyo skyline and serves as a venue for informal meetings, networking, and social gatherings.

Meeting and Event Facilities

Hyatt Place Seoul Pangyo includes a ballroom equipped with a media wall, as well as flexible meeting rooms suitable for conferences, corporate events, private functions, and social celebrations.

The event facilities have been designed to accommodate a variety of business and leisure requirements, supporting Pangyo’s position as a major commercial hub.

World of Hyatt Member Offer

To mark the opening, World of Hyatt members can earn 500 Bonus Points for qualifying stays under Hyatt’s “Be More Rewarded” promotion. The offer is available from 17 June to 30 September 2026 and applies to eligible stays at participating hotels.

The opening of Hyatt Place Seoul Pangyo expands Hyatt’s presence in South Korea and adds a new accommodation option in one of the country’s leading business districts.
