Ruban Das Appointed as General Manager at Hyatt Hyderabad Gachibowli

Hyatt Hyderabad Gachibowli has announced the appointment of Ruban Das as its new General Manager, effective May 2026.

With over two decades of industry experience, Ruban brings with him extensive expertise in operations, team leadership and elevating guest experiences.

Ruban began his hospitality journey with Hyatt in 2002 as a Corporate Trainee at Hyatt Regency Kolkata. Since then, he has held leadership roles with renowned hospitality brands like Hyatt, Accor Hotels, and Hilton.

Most recently, Ruban served as General Manager at Hyatt Regency Chennai, where he successfully enhanced operational efficiencies, improved profitability, and elevated the overall guest experience.

In his new role at Hyatt Hyderabad Gachibowli, Ruban will oversee all aspects of the hotel’s operations, with a focus on strengthening its brand positioning.

Expressing his enthusiasm, Ruban Das said: “I am truly excited to take on this new role. Hyderabad is one of India’s fastest-growing and most dynamic markets, offering immense opportunity.
