Sonali Vinod has been appointed as the new General Manager at Hotel Celestial Manor in Lucknow. She brings over 25  years of experience in the hospitality industry, holding extensive expertise in operational excellence, leading high-performing teams and elevating guest standards through strategic approach.

Over the course of her career, Sonali has been associated with several leading hospitality brands including Ramada, Radisson, Clarks, IHG, and Taj Hotels.

In her new role as General Manager, Sonali will oversee the overall operations of the hotel, focusing on service excellence, team development, and positioning Hotel Celestial Manor as a preferred hospitality destination in Lucknow.

Her key mandate will include ensuring operational excellence and maintaining guest satisfaction levels.
