Lemon Tree Hotels Signs Two New Properties in Assam

Lemon Tree Hotels Expands in Guwahati

Lemon Tree Hotels has announced the signing of two new properties in Guwahati, Assam: Keys Select by Lemon Tree Hotels on G S Road and Keys Select by Lemon Tree Hotels in Dispur. Carnation Hotels, a Lemon Tree Hotels Limited subsidiary, will manage both.

Vilas Pawar, CEO of Managed & Franchise Business at Lemon Tree Hotels, remarked, “We are thrilled to enhance our portfolio in Assam, a state celebrated for its stunning natural landscapes, lively culture, and rich heritage, often referred to as the ‘Land of Red Rivers and Blue Hills.’ Introducing these two properties will further support our regional strategic expansion, joining our three upcoming hotels already in progress.”

The GS Road property, expected to open by FY26, will boast 55 rooms, a rooftop bar, a restaurant, banquet facilities, meeting rooms, and a fitness centre. Located roughly 26 km from Lokpriya Gopinath Bordoloi International Airport and 5 km from Guwahati Railway Station, it will offer excellent connectivity for travellers.

The Dispur property, which is set to open by FY27, will feature 60 rooms, similar amenities, and convenient access to major transport hubs. The airport is 33 km away, and the railway station is just 6 km away.
