Under the leadership of Chef Alex Dias, this offering is now available, bringing a fusion experience to food lovers. Since opening, Forno Tinto has created a standard for soups, salads and pizza. The relaunch is set to further elevate the culinary experience. The new menu is designed to appeal to local, national and international guests, incorporating Italian ingredients and flavours while keeping its Goan roots intact. Chef Alex Dias New Menu Highlights from the menu include Sungta Patoleo - Battuto, a dish featuring local chilli prawns stuffed in turmeric leaf wrap with Goan unpolished rice flour paste, served with Italian Battuto, and Kombi Cafreal - Focaccia, where rustic Goan chicken cafreal is cooked in a green spice blend and served with Goan focaccia and lemon gremolata. Other notable dishes include Spaghetti Chorizo – Pao Garlic Bread, and Lamb Chops Vindaloo on Coconut Polenta. Seafood lovers will enjoy Zetty Voileh Chonak - Green Turmeric Mushroom Risotto, which pairs grilled perch fish with a creamy leaf mushroom risotto and kokum foam. For pizza lovers, Forno Tinto continues to offer classic options like Pizza Margherita and Pizza Verdure, while introducing local twists such as Prawn Balchao Pizza and Cafreal Pizza al Polo. New menu will blend Goan spices with Italian flavours To complement this fusion of Goan and Italian flavours, Forno Tinto has also launched a drinks menu. The Tinto Special Cocktails offer an array of beverages such as the 6th Sense Iced Tea, and the Tamarind Tour. For whiskey lovers, the Link Me blends whiskey with yoghurt, vanilla syrup, and brown sugar, while the Aka Urrak and Mutiacho Ross celebrate Goan Urrak with fresh raw mango and cashew juice. Non-alcoholic cocktails like the refreshing BGL (Basil, Ginger & Lime) and the bold Orange Coffee – a combination of orange-infused strong black coffee with caramel cordial – ensure that there is something for everyone. Beer lovers can enjoy a variety of beers, available in buckets, perfect for groups or casual drinks. Our wine list includes a selection of both whites and reds, offering something for everyone. With choices that complement Italian flavours, our wines provide the perfect pairing for any meal. New drinks are also being offered Adding to the finishing touch will be a dessert menu offering treats like Kokum Panna Cotta, made with Goan kokum extraction, and the Chocolate Chorizo Pizza.
