His career includes senior roles at hospitality brands and properties such as Ambassador Hotel Pattaya, Krabi Resort, Centara Hotels & Resorts Krabi, Novotel Rayong, Sheraton Hotels and Resorts, and Amari Hua Hin. He has also gained international experience across Singapore, Mali, and Phuket, contributing to diverse culinary environments.

Chef Than has received recognition for his culinary expertise, including the Iron Pan Chef award for Thai cuisine, reflecting his technical proficiency and long-standing contribution to the field.

In his new role at Himalayan Hideaway Resort Pokhara , he will focus on developing a dining approach that combines Thai culinary traditions with local Nepali flavours, incorporating regional ingredients to create a balanced and locally relevant gastronomic offering.

His appointment aligns with the resort’s focus on strengthening its culinary positioning and enhancing the overall guest dining experience.
