APPOINTMENT
Hilton Mumbai International Airport has announced the appointment of Kiran Kumar as the new Director of Food & Beverage.

This appointment takes effect from January 2026. Kiran brings over 15 years of experience across the hospitality industry, having worked with leading brands including Hyatt Hotels.
Kiran holds extensive expertise in Food & Beverage operations, revenue management, team leadership, and guest experience innovation. He has also spearheaded large- format F&B operations across luxury and upscale hotels in India.
Before joining Hilton Mumbai International Airport, Kiran most recently served as Food & Beverage Manager at Hyatt Regency Lucknow, where he oversaw multiple dining outlets and convention spaces.
In his new role, Kiran will lead the hotel’s Food & Beverage strategy, overseeing restaurants, bars, banquets and culinary initiatives.
Kiran holds an MBA in International Marketing and a graduate in Hotel Management & Catering Technology.
