Hilton India and GoodDot Partner for Pan-India Veganuary Plant Protein Festival

Hilton India has partnered with plant protein brand GoodDot to introduce a Pan-India Plant Protein Culinary Festival in observance of Veganuary, the global initiative promoting plant-based eating during January. The month-long festival will feature curated vegan menus across Hilton hotels nationwide, highlighting the use of plant protein in a range of Indian and international dishes.

Running from 14 January to 13 February 2026, the festival will be available daily from 11:00 am to 11:00 pm at participating properties under Hilton Hotels & Resorts, DoubleTree by Hilton and Hilton Garden Inn across India. The collaboration reflects increasing interest among diners in sustainable and mindful food choices.

As part of the initiative, Hilton’s culinary teams have developed menus incorporating GoodDot’s plant protein, demonstrating its application across different cuisines and formats. The offerings aim to present plant-based dishes that focus on flavour, familiarity and versatility.

The menu includes starters such as Vegan Hyderabadi Lukhmi, Zesty Achari Vegan Tikka and Malaysian Green Protein Satay. Main course options include the Herbivore BBQ Burger served with vegan slaw and Cajun-spiced potatoes, and Pure Plant Protein Laal Maans prepared in a Rajasthani-style red curry, accompanied by gatte ka pulao and traditional condiments.

Global-inspired dishes featured in the festival include The Ultimate Garden Protein Bowl, a Tex-Mex style preparation with plant protein crumbles, rice and vegetables, and Linguine Alla Vegan Bolognaise made with a slow-simmered plant protein ragù.

Commenting on the collaboration, Prashant Kulkarni, Director F&B Operations, Hilton South Asia, said, “At Hilton, we continue to evolve our culinary offerings in line with global trends and guest preferences. Collaborating with GoodDot for Veganuary allows us to present innovative plant-protein menus that are flavourful, relevant, and aligned with conscious dining.”

Commenting on the initiative, Abhishek Sinha, Founder & CEO, GoodDot, said, “Veganuary is a powerful opportunity to introduce people to plant-protein food excitingly and indulgently. Through our partnership with Hilton across India, we are showcasing how plant protein can be elevated into globally inspired, restaurant-quality dishes that appeal to everyone.

Guests are advised to contact their nearest participating Hilton or Conrad hotel directly for availability and additional details regarding the Veganuary Plant Protein Culinary Festival.
