Flying Sparrow Hospitality Pvt Ltd Appoints Diksha Sinha as Senior Human Resources Manager

Flying Sparrow Hospitality Pvt Ltd has announced the appointment of Diksha Sinha as Senior Human Resources Manager, strengthening its leadership team and focus on people strategy.

Sinha brings experience across the hospitality and corporate sectors, with expertise in human resource strategy, talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development.

Prior to joining Flying Sparrow Hospitality Pvt Ltd, she served as Senior HR Executive at Radisson Blu, Indore. Her career also includes roles as Human Resources Manager at Ireo Private Limited, Corporate Human Resources Manager at Amatra Hotels & Resorts, and Human Resources Manager at Regenta Suites Gurugram by Royal Orchid.

Her experience spans a range of HR functions, including strategic planning, business partnering, employee relations, talent acquisition, succession planning, and performance management. She has also worked across HRMS implementation, process optimization, compliance, compensation & benefits, and learning and development initiatives.

In her new role, Sinha will focus on strengthening people practices, enhancing employee engagement, and supporting business growth through strategic HR initiatives.

The appointment reflects Flying Sparrow Hospitality Pvt Ltd’s continued focus on building a people-centric culture and strengthening leadership capabilities as it expands its operations.
