APPOINTMENT
Evok Collection has announced the appointment of Adam Bentalha as Group Executive Chef, marking the next step in his long association with the group since 2018.

In his new role, Adam Bentalha will oversee culinary operations across all Evok Collection properties in France, Spain, and Italy, along with upcoming openings.
He will be responsible for guiding the group’s culinary direction while maintaining a consistent approach across its portfolio, aligned with the individual identity of each property.
Trained in Parisian palace hotels and fine dining institutions, Bentalha has developed a culinary style shaped by seasonality and regional influences. Over the years, he has contributed to the gastronomic positioning of several Evok Collection properties, including Brach Paris, Brach Madrid, Sinner Paris, and Cour des Vosges.
His appointment comes as the group continues its expansion across Europe, with a focus on strengthening the role of food and beverage within its hospitality offering.
