Etihad Airways codeshare expands access to Cambodia

Etihad partnership with Air Cambodia improves connectivity to Angkor Wat

Etihad Airways and Air Cambodia have introduced a codeshare partnership, allowing the airline’s passengers to access Cambodia more easily, including the temple complex of Angkor Wat.

Under the agreement, customers can book flights from across the airline’s network to Siem Reap via Phnom Penh on a single ticket, with baggage checked through to the final destination. In addition to Angkor Wat, Siem Reap offers night markets, Khmer cuisine, and cultural experiences.

Passengers travelling with Air Cambodia will also be able to book Etihad-operated services between Phnom Penh and Abu Dhabi, improving connectivity between Southeast Asia and the Middle East.

In addition, Etihad passengers can connect to Air Cambodia’s Vietnam network through an existing interline arrangement, offering routes to Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang and Phu Quoc.

The airline began operations to Phnom Penh in October 2025, connecting Abu Dhabi with the Cambodian capital.
