EkoStay Expands Premium Villa Portfolio in Maharashtra and Karnataka
EkoStay Adds New Villas Across Maharashtra and Karnataka
EkoStay has expanded its portfolio of professionally managed private villas by launching new properties across Maharashtra and Karnataka ahead of the monsoon travel season.
The expansion includes new boutique villas and experiential stays in Nashik, Wada, Igatpuri, Lonavala and Chikmagalur, strengthening the company’s presence in popular drive-to leisure destinations.
The newly added properties include Vana Mora in Nashik, Wada Crest in Wada, Casa Elara in Igatpuri, Casa Bella in Lonavala and Forest Cube Villa in Chikmagalur. Each property has been designed to offer private accommodation focused on comfort, nature and personalised travel experiences.
The portfolio includes a range of stay options, from forest retreats and hillside villas to private pool homes and larger properties suitable for families and group holidays.
Wada Crest offers a three-bedroom villa with private outdoor spaces and a swimming pool, while Casa Elara features a five-bedroom property overlooking the hills of Igatpuri. Casa Bella in Lonavala caters to larger groups with spacious gardens and entertainment areas, while Forest Cube Villa introduces EkoStay’s hospitality offering to the coffee-growing region of Chikmagalur.
The expansion comes as demand continues to grow for private villas, short drive holidays and nature-based stays, particularly during the monsoon season.

Varun Arora, Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of EkoStay, said travellers are increasingly looking for private and experience-led stays that allow them to connect with destinations rather than simply book accommodation. He added that Maharashtra and Karnataka continue to see strong demand from urban travellers seeking short leisure breaks.

Husain Khatumdi, Managing Director and Co-Founder, said the company remains focused on developing professionally managed villas that combine personalised hospitality with consistent service standards.

Sohail Mirchandani, Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder, highlighted EkoStay’s investment in operational systems and standardised guest services to support the company’s continued expansion.

Zishan Khan, Chief Acquisition Officer & Co-Founder at EkoStay, added that EkoStay’s destination strategy focuses on selecting locations that offer meaningful travel experiences while creating opportunities for homeowners to professionally manage and monetise their properties.
Founded in 2018, EkoStay has expanded its presence across India’s alternative accommodation sector through professionally managed villas, boutique hospitality and experiential stays for leisure travellers.
