More Etihad Flights to Atlanta
Etihad Airways is set to launch its new service to Atlanta on July 2, with initial flights running four times a week. Due to its popularity, the airline will upgrade this to a daily service starting November 1. This route connects Zayed International Airport (AUH) and Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL), marking the UAE’s only non-stop flight to Atlanta and offering travellers enhanced flexibility and convenience.
The flights will be operated using the airline’s Airbus A350-1000, which features 44 Business class seats and 327 economy seats. This ensures outstanding experiences and award-winning service across all cabins.

Jurriaan Stelder, Senior Vice President of Network and Alliances at Etihad Airways, remarked, “Since we announced our Atlanta flights in November, we’ve experienced significant interest from travelers, prompting our decision to increase flights to a daily schedule along this already popular route.
Connecting the world’s busiest airport by passenger volume, Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, with our expanding global network enables seamless one-stop connections to several sought-after South Asian destinations such as Bengaluru, Chennai, Mumbai, and Karachi. Furthermore, it creates more chances for guests to visit the beautiful Abu Dhabi as part of a stopover or extended vacation.”
Fares from Abu Dhabi to Atlanta start at AED 1,925 for Economy and AED 10,010 for Business Class.
Atlanta is Georgia’s vibrant capital and a bustling business, technology, and transportation centre. It combines Southern hospitality with a rich cultural landscape, providing access to professional sports, craft breweries, and top-notch dining and entertainment. The wider Georgia area is filled with charming small towns, picturesque scenery, and a rich, diverse history waiting to be discovered.
Travelling with Etihad to the U.S. features the distinct benefit of the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Preclearance facility. By completing all U.S. customs and immigration processes before boarding in Abu Dhabi, travellers arrive in the U.S. as domestic passengers, significantly reducing their wait time upon arrival. They can easily collect their luggage and leave or continue to their connecting flights.
This shift to daily flights in Atlanta reflects Etihad’s ongoing growth strategy, which includes newly announced routes to 13 other global destinations this year. Flights are now available for booking.
